Newborn sessions are always special to me. Whether it be for first time parents, or for the second or third child, I always reflect back on when my children were born. The uniqueness of each one. The tininess of every feature. The endless expressions. The movement of little arms and little legs. The little breathing and whimper sounds. Wrapping them in cozy swaddles. The giant yawns. The unexpected grins (from gas or not, doesn’t matter, they are adorable!).
This sweet girl is a first-born for this family. The joy and genuine happiness displayed by both parents is insurmountable and I am so happy for them! Doesn’t she look happy to be here too? Such a beauty!
Pulling back from the close up images is something I do at every session. To remind ourselves how tiny these new babies are, simply put them on a bed or a couch!
